Grievance and Issue Management Procedure

This procedure is highly transparent and ensures an open dialog, enabling us to respond in a timely manner to questions and concerns from local residents in the areas of our operations and provide them with comprehensive information about the Sakhalin-1 Project.

We document each step of the feedback process. Each complaint or suggestion gets a receipt, is registered, analyzed, and evaluated in order to resolve or provide feedback about the topic submitted. In addition to specifically appointed employees, we rely on collecting and processing information from local public relations coordinators who work in each of the four districts where our facilities are located.  As local residents themselves, they try to answer all locally-posed questions or concerns. If a complaint or suggestion requires additional information, coordinators convey the information directly to Exxon Neftegas Limited who provides a timely response.
